Fortutor（以下稱「本 App」）重視您的隱私。本政策說明我們蒐集哪些資料、如何使用，以及您的權利。
一、我們蒐集的資料
- 帳號識別資料：您以電話號碼、Google 或 Apple 登入時所提供的識別資訊（電話號碼、平台使用者識別碼、電子郵件）。
- 命盤資料：您輸入的出生日期、出生時辰與性別，用於排出紫微命盤。
- 諮詢內容：您向 AI 命理師提出的問題文字。
- 交易資料：您購買命運幣或訂閱會員的記錄（透過 App 內購與 RevenueCat 處理，我們不會取得您的信用卡號）。
二、資料用途
- 提供命盤排算、AI 命理解讀與每日運勢等核心服務。
- 驗證身分、維護您的帳號與命運幣餘額。
- 處理購買、訂閱與退款。
- 維運、除錯與防止濫用。
三、第三方服務
為提供服務，本 App 會將必要資料傳送給下列第三方，並受其各自隱私政策規範：
- Twilio：發送手機簡訊驗證碼。
- OpenAI：處理您的諮詢問題以產生命理解讀（不含您的真實姓名等直接識別資料）。
- Apple / RevenueCat：處理 App 內購買與訂閱。
四、資料保存與刪除
我們僅在提供服務所需期間保存您的資料。您可來信要求查詢或刪除您的帳號與相關資料，我們將在合理期間內處理。
五、兒童隱私
本 App 不針對未滿 13 歲兒童設計，亦不會刻意蒐集其個人資料。

我們可能不時更新本政策，並於本頁公告最新版本與更新日期。

Fortutor ("the App") respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data We Collect
- Account identifiers: the information you provide when signing in with a phone number, Google, or Apple (phone number, provider user identifier, email).
- Chart data: the birth date, birth time, and gender you enter, used to cast your Zi Wei Dou Shu (Purple Star Astrology) chart.
- Consultation content: the question text you submit to the AI.
- Transaction data: records of your Coin purchases or membership subscription (handled through in-app purchase and RevenueCat; we never receive your card number).
2. How We Use Data
- Provide core services: chart casting, AI readings, and daily/monthly fortune.
- Verify your identity and maintain your account and Coin balance.
- Process purchases, subscriptions, and refunds.
- Operate, debug, and prevent abuse of the service.
3. Third-Party Services
To provide the service, the App sends the necessary data to the following third parties, each governed by its own privacy policy:
- Twilio: sends SMS verification codes.
- OpenAI: processes your consultation questions to generate readings (without direct identifiers such as your real name).
- Apple / Google / RevenueCat: process in-app purchases and subscriptions.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We keep your data only for as long as needed to provide the service. You can request access to or deletion of your account and related data by emailing us, or delete your account in the App (Settings → Delete Account); we will process requests within a reasonable period.
5. Children's Privacy
The App is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time and will post the latest version and date on this page.
